What are the Promotion & Sponsorship opportunities at Computerworld's Green IT Symposium?
Custom programs can be created to combine and add value to existing sponsorships. To plan your sponsorship, please contact your Computerworld Account Director or Sandy Weill, Program Director, at 508-620-7758.
What types of speaking opportunities are available to sponsors?
The Green IT Symposium will feature a comprehensive mainstage agenda based on the ubiquitous needs of its specialized audience of IT executives. Created with the end user's perspective in mind, content will focus on proven strategies and best practices for infrastructure management technology implementations. End-user presentations can be submitted through the Call for Presentations; contact Nancy Felsheim at 508-820-8171 for more information.
Platinum sponsors of the Green IT Symposium are entitled to present a 30-minute end-user case study breakout session presentation. These well-attended breakout sessions are built into our agenda and are not competitive with Computerworld-generated content in general sessions. They are designed to enable sponsors to tell their story through the eyes of the customer at a peer level. This 3rd-party peer endorsement has proven valuable for our sponsors to communicate and establish credibility with those end users in attendance.
What is the non-solicitation policy at Computerworld's Green IT Symposium?
Computerworld's Green IT Symposium is intended to enable our sponsors and exhibitors the exclusive right to promote their products and services to the attendees of this event. All other attendees are prohibited from engaging in the marketing of their products and services in all designated areas of the conference and anywhere else in the host hotel. Furthermore, attendees representing competitive products and services to those offered by Computerworld, including but not limited to Computerworld's Green IT Symposium, the Computerworld publication, and Computerworld.com, are similarly restricted. Violators of these restrictions will be expelled from Computerworld's Green IT Symposium and the host hotel without reimbursement.
